TWO COMMERCIAL CLEANERS

We are looking for two cleaners to cover separate shifts (0600 to 1400 and 1400 to 2200). The successful candidate will be responsible for all basic cleaning for our offices and restroom facilities.

Responsibilities include:
Cleaning all floors and rooms, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning glass and windows
Cleaning restrooms, including restocking dispensers, cleaning and sanitising fixtures, cleaning mirrors.
Emptying all bins

Requirements:
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.
Catering experience would be an advantage but not essential

CORPORATE ACCOUNT SALES DIRECTOR

To perform the role of Corporate Account Sales Director involves; leading the corporate sales team across the group to develop and retain existing client market share, whilst proactively securing new pipeline business and grow profitability through their individual sales performance. This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer of sales and has management responsibility for the corporate sales team.

Role Purpose:
This is a proactive Sales role with a large percentage of time being spent managing the existing client base whilst seeking out new corporate partnerships and cultivating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
• Strengthens relationships with all key customers and uncovers additional opportunities within those accounts to increase penetration and maximise profit.
• Generates corporate revenue growth using a consultative selling approach to maintain and expand relationships with the large national and multi-regional accounts
• Leads effective team selling efforts to translate our corporate agreements into actualised business at the local level.
• Supports the Chief Commercial Officer of Sales with the strategic relationship of the group’s consortia partners maximizing market share and ancillary revenues
• To research, identify and establish new business sales contacts, develop relationships and distribution opportunities from existing groups and partners.
• To maintain a in depth knowledge of corporate travellers of respective accounts, and work with the Chief Commercial Officer of Sales to create bespoke offerings and work with the operational teams to personalise these interactions
• Has the ability to drive customer negotiations on business dimensions other than in price
• Creates and delivers strong customer presentations to demonstrate the Beeswift’s value proposition and benefits it provides to our corporate customers
• Leads the annual rate negotiation analysis, strategy proposal and contracting for identified corporate accounts including market share
• Ensures Commercial team have correct information for all rate loading and that regular rate audits are carried out
• Manage Rate and RFP sheets up to date following client negotiations
• Creation and fulfilment of Account Development plans for key accounts
• Own the sales lead generation, research and conversion for the corporate market segment
• Plan and execute sales activity including research, telesales, site/hotel show rounds, entertaining and client road shows
• Ownership of the company Corporate Sales Budget and fulfilment of sales activity plan
• Attend relevant and appropriate networking events and ensure follow up is done post event
• Efficient use of property management system to manage accounts and activities
• Assist and support with ad hoc projects as required by the Chief Commercial Officer of Sales

Key Skills / Entry Requirement:
• Validated experience in corporate sales areas
• Highly experienced in all administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
• Proactive at meeting deadlines and targets
• Manages all resources within budgeted guidelines
• Highly numerate and able to work comprehensively with spreadsheets & budgeting processes
• Motivational team manager who can communicate well at all levels
• Flexibility to regularly facilitate the entertainment of corporate client and familiarisation trips
• Experience of National travel to key corporate offices and emerging business markets
• Ability to fulfil regular regional travel across all geographical areas of the portfolio will be required

The successful Warehouse Operative will be responsible for:
- Prepare and complete orders for dispatch such as picking and packing, wrapping
pallets, and preparing labels for shipping goods
- Unpacking deliveries from various suppliers
- Moving stock items around by hand, pallet truck, or forklift (if licence held)
- Check for damaged or missing items
- Ensuring all paperwork up to date
- Cleaning work areas and general housekeeping duties within the warehouse

Requirements for this position:
- Previously worked in a warehouse environment is desirable, but not essential
- Basic knowledge of computer systems
- Excellent communication skills
- A good work ethic and be reliable and punctual
- Ability to work unsupervised and use your own initiative
- Must be flexible and able to work in a diverse team of people
- A HLOP/VNA licence is desirable but not essential

NIGHT SHIFT MANAGER


Shift pattern 22:00hrs – 06:00hrs

• Full valid UK driving License preferable
• Must have lead a team of 5 or more staff previously
• Preferable HLOP/PPT licence however not essential

Key Responsibilities: General and Task Management
• Ensure an efficient warehouse shift which is able to fulfil operational and customer demand
• Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods
• Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by overseeing physical counts and reconciliation with automated systems utilising help of others in the warehouse team
• Identify any systems improvements and make recommendations for
• Continuously review ways to aid efficiency, add value and reduce costs as well as supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Be able to implement best practice warehousing principles, policies and processes
• Ensure that health and safety meets the required standards and that risk assessments are carried out
• Ensure that staff comply to health, safety and environmental regulations and work safely to protect themselves and others in the warehouse environment
• Ensure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency People Management
• Manage manpower resource effectively to support customer delivery requirements
• Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems
• Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviours expected of them

EXPORT / COMMERCIAL INTERNAL SALES ROLE

Responsible to the Departmental Manager and/or Directors

Successful Applicant will be employed in an internal office based job role

Job Role Functions will consist of:

Customer Service Skills for both inbound and outbound calls
Back order reports
Special price files
Quotations / Enquiries
Order input via in-house I.T. System
Competent Knowledge of Excel
In-house Returns Procedure

Learn & understand the Beeswift online ordering platform

The successful applicant will need to be able to talk to customers about its functions and features to aid their usage.

Have a general understanding of the accounts ledger so you can explain to a customer if their order cannot be despatched - why it cannot.

Export administration duties, learn and understand the background paperwork to all UK / EU & Non EU Countries.

There will be close liaison with an external partner, the need to understand how they work will lead to a smooth running partnership with the guide to building a strong team.

You may in addition to the above be requested to take part in specific tasks to coincide with either a new product launch / Exhibitions / customer visits etc. which may involve you working as customer facing or away from the office on odd occasions.

The successful applicant should be willing to be flexible and fill in on various other roles in the department should the need arise.
