CUSTOMER SERVICE UPDATE
Dear Valued Customer
With pending strikes by the Communication Workers Union across the Royal Mail/Parcelforce we wanted to advise it is possible orders and products suffer some delays over the coming days.
From an outbound delivery perspective, we are a Priority 1 customer with Parcelforce and goods are being collected as normal however its possible we see some disruption to final mile deliveries.
No impact is anticipated with our pallet carrier so would recommend bulk orders wherever possible.
Please remember Beeswift also operates its own fleet (currently within a 2-hour radius of our NDC) which will be utilised wherever possible for emergencies.
We apologise in advance if any service is disrupted and will be doing all we can to ensure business as usual.
